This one-hour session will equip participants with relevant knowledge on ergonomics, risk factors, tips to address common musculoskeletal problems and other health conditions due to poor ergonomics. With a focus on job activities in non-office settings, the session format adopts a participant centric approach where talking points and recommended stretches will be contextualized based on participant demographics and needs.
