Pilates is like yoga but emphasises your body's core — the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, butt, and so on. It works on strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture.

Participants are required to bring their own exercise or Yoga mats.
