Programme Synopsis/Outline

This workshop aims to equip participants with the skill sets and knowledge of recognizing the signs and symptoms of high levels of stress and the ways they can manage stressors in everyday life. Evidence-based methods of stress reduction are taught including mindfulness and ways to build resilience.
