Programme Synopsis/Outline
This workshop aims to equip participants with the knowledge of the benefits of having sufficient, good quality sleep. Participants will assess for any sleep disorders via a self-assessment.
Participants will learn practical sleep tips and understand the factors that lead to sleep issues. They will learn specific sleep tips for different job natures such as shift work, international trading etc
Common sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, insomnia will be covered.
Participants will also be advised regarding where to seek help.
