When someone experiences burnout, he or she is most likely to have been exposed to prolonged or repeated stress, leading to being in a state of exhaustion in a mental, emotional, and physical capacity. 

It is important to recognize the signs of burnout so an employee may realize when it is necessary to seek treatment or make changes to one’s own lifestyle and working habits. These signs are usually physical and mental exhaustion, dreading work, anger, and irritability. If an individual has not been affected by burnout yet, the he or she may take measures to minimize burnout from occurring in the first place. Ensuring a healthy work-life balance and engaging in self-care practices are some measures which will be discussed in detail in this webinar.
