Programme Synopsis/Outline

WMSDs are the most common self-reported, work-related illnesses in many workplaces. They are characterised by discomfort, impairment, disability, or persistent pain in the joints, muscles, tendons or other soft tissues.

 

The talk provides participants with fundamental knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders, risk factors and prevention.


Talk can be customised for different types of work activities e.g. administrative, manual load handling, laboratory tasks, driving and others.
