Limitless is a non-profit organisation that was founded with the vision of building hope and worth, empowering the next generation to live purpose-driven lives, and to fulfil their potential in life.

We work primarily with youths between 12 – 25, who struggle with mental health issues (such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidality), providing subsidised or free therapy and casework services, and group- work. Limitless is also active in outreach efforts to help communities better understand mental health, peer support, and how to help one another through mental health challenges.
