Strengthening Productivity with Resilience, Stress Management and Mindfulness Strategies ( For Employees )

Programme Synopsis/Outline

Virginia Satir once said: “Problems are not the problem; coping is the problem”. The key question to ask is how can we cope resiliently with numerous problems we may face in life?  The answer could be building resilience. Resilience is the process of coping adaptively in the face of stressors such as work issues, family and relationship problems, health problems, and financial stressors. It means “bouncing back” from challenging experiences. Importantly resilient mindset can be learned together with stress management and mindfulness strategies in order to protect our wellbeing in the face of stress and adversity and prepare us for optimal physical and mental health outcomes.

In this experiential workshop, you will discover how you can build a resilient mindset to cope with diverse stressors through evidence-based coping methods. In addition, you would discover resilient coping methods through experiential ways of eliciting physiological relaxation benefits and improving work performance with mindfulness activities and stress management strategies.
