It means “bouncing back” from challenging experiences. Importantly resilient mindset can be learned together with stress management and mindfulness strategies in order to protect our wellbeing in the face of stress and adversity and prepare us for optimal physical and mental health outcomes.|
In this experiential workshop, you will discover how you can build a resilient mindset to cope with diverse stressors through evidence-based coping methods. In addition, you would discover resilient coping methods through experiential ways of eliciting physiological relaxation benefits and improving work performance with mindfulness activities and stress management strategies.
