- Learn the different food labels from various food products (local and imported food products)
- Learn the different key health handles to aid in shopping healthier, quicker and fuss-free (e.g. nutrient claims, healthier choice logo, ingredient list)
- Walk at least 5 different aisle – oil, canned foods, beverages, sauces, rice and bread
