Programme Synopsis/Outline

A great fitness class that builds up your strength, stamina and endurance. It gives the results of weight loss, toning, muscle strength, muscles endurance, firmer body, good reflexes and better observation. Basic movement of side kicks, front kicks, straight punch, hooks, upper cut and more beautiful movement will be taught. All these will be directed by the instructor who will give participants the proper instruction to follow the music. The class is just basic enjoyment, that the participants will not even realise their body crying in tears of perspiration. This can be a vigorous sport if you take it to a higher level and learning more movement techniques.

This class teaches self defence with punches and kicks that comes in handy during a given situation. The perfect class for fitness and to learn defence moves. Also, because this class is filled with cardio moves, participants with low/high blood pressure, pregnant ladies and vertically challenged individuals will have to check with their doctors before attending the class.


* Provider will always charge the per session cost regardless of attendance. HPB will co-fund the per session cost when at least 15 participants attend the session. In the event that less than 15 workers attend the session, HPB will co-fund the per pax cost.
