This course provides a safe and open environment to discuss the importance of strong social and professional networks in supporting mental wellbeing. We explore different factors influencing mental wellbeing and ask delegates to self-reflect on how these can aid them individually. This session builds on the previous mental wellbeing sessions in

And can also be a standalone workshop.
