In this beginner’s one-hour workshop, participants will learn
- how to use all their senses when eating food
- learn how to acknowledge their responses to food
- how to become aware of physical hunger and satiety cues.
After attending this workshop, they will be more informed on when to begin and end eating. This is a great start for participants to change the relationship they have with food.
