This program combines three elements: Strength, HIIT & Movements. It is designed to push your limits and maximize the calories burned in the shortest time.
Most of us are time strapped. TFH allows us to work on repeated bursts of high intensity exercises that can burn calories, build strength and tone your body in less time than most workouts.
HIIT induce quick secessions of time-based exercises with minimum rest in between. Expect push-ups, squats, lunges, planks, body weight exercises and machine aided exercises.
