Programme Synopsis/Outline

This is a program that consists of both TaiChi and QiGong elements to promote both body and mind wellness.

TaiChi is a gentle form of exercise where numerous studies have shown that can help maintain strength, flexibility and balance. It is a mind -body practice, with low impact movements. It focuses on natural deep breathing and motions that will suit the masses.

QiGong includes movement and breathing exercises, meditation, sound, self-massage and focused intent.

It enhances the flow of energy in the meridians. Studies have shown that QiGong practices can enhance overall health.
